Many customers specifications demand sheet metal fabrication as part of product production. We fulfil these requirements in partnership with our sister company, Salesmade Fabrications.
As specialists in high-quality sheet metal work and welded fabrications, they provide the following services:
Laser Cutting
For a clean-cut and high-level finish, laser cutting is the ideal option for accurately achieving simple or intricate cuts in sheet metal. Laser cutting is suitable for metal thicknesses between 0.5mm and 30mm.
CNC Punching
For certain specifications, the CNC punch is recommended over laser cutting. The main advantage is that parts can be formed, countersunk, louvred within a single operation. This process is also used for part numbering.
Metal Folding
The folding machines and expert machinists offer standard, Radius, Dutch, Hemming and Joggled folds on lengths of up to 3.1m. Accurate monitoring of each bend ensures consistency throughout batch runs.
MIG & TIG Welding
The team includes skilled and experienced welders who consistently provide a strong and neat finish on all metalwork joins. Mostly using spot welding, they are also competent in stud welding where it is the favoured solution.
Metal Graining
Providing a uniform brushed finish, this option helps to remove any imperfections on the surface of sheet metal. It offers the ideal base for paint applications and is widely used when no final coating will be applied.
Metal Part Order Fulfilment
Where sheet metal fabrication is required as part of metal part production, Salesmade Ltd will manage scheduling and transportation with our sister company. You can retain one point of contact, in the knowledge that all specification will be met.
