Final product assembly ensures the correct quality of mating parts, along with the integration of free-issue components including electrical components, PCBs, glass and ironmongery. Our in-house engineering facilities and sheet metal departments can fabricate ancillary components to streamline the joining of multiple extrusions and components.
Multi-profile systems can be designed to clip or snap together to reduce the need for mechanical fasteners in aluminium profile assembly. And, for assembled parts that will be visible, we colour-match screws and fixtures to minimise the impact of mechanically fixed joints. This is a key requirement for many designers and architects.
In addition, we use the latest adhesive technology to reduce machining requirements by removing traditional fixings such as screws, rivets, nuts and bolts. Alternatively, cleverly designed adhesive-free joints allow quick and safe remedial works or design changes to be undertaken in our factory or by installers. Assembly of Aluminium Doors
Our team are proficient in office door assembly, fire door assembly and dry bond doors.
We regularly undertake glass and aluminium door assembly, along with windows and partitioning. Therefore, we have a 250kg overhead crane and vacuum glass lifter to manoeuvre heavy sheets of glass to minimise the risks of damage to materials and protect the welfare of our product assembly team.
Efficient Aluminium Profile Assembly
With the assembly of prototype products occurring on the same site as aluminium fabrication, we can offer reduced lead times and full feedback throughout the production process.
Partial assembly or sub-assembly can be catered for, including the addition of fixing blocks, jointing plates and cleats. If you simply require the application of VHB tape to trim and accent pieces, we are happy to add that finishing touch to your product.
Products Delivered to Site
Following product assembly, all parts are quality checked and signed off. We then arrange delivery to your facility, construction site or specified location. Assembled products will be securely packed onto pallets, A-frames or in crates, along with any ancillary components required to complete the installation.
We use a trusted delivery partner that we have worked with for years. They prioritise product protection during transit and handling.
