With CNC routing, we can add detailing to complete the product design. These features are often invaluable for connecting with other parts, ease of assembly and final operation.

All aluminium parts can be power-coated in-house. We have the facilities to provide pre-treatment cleaning to ensure complete surface coverage, followed by controlled curing and cooling processes for a uniform coating and a smooth, hardened finish. Powder coating is offered in a variety of colours to best suit your design and application.

Cost-effective Aluminium Parts Manufacturing

Many of our manufacturing and engineering customers opt for batch production as this drives cost-efficiency. With our stock holding service, you can request delivery of your aluminium parts as smaller orders, as and when required.
